Analyze Your Biases: As human beings, biases are a side effect of our unique perspectives and experiences in the world. We inevitably construct preferences — whether for a particular type of food or a style of work. Today, reflect on your blind spots. How do your biases come in the way of true inclusion? How do they impede your ability to accept differences? With an intention to learn, invite an open conversation with someone who comes from a worldview very different from your own. Step-it-up by actively engaging with someone who you often find yourself in conflict, and attempt to find an avenue to their heart.
